Usman Dad is the Founder and Managing Director of Global Ledger Partners and a dual-qualified ACCA and CPA (New Jersey) finance professional with more than 14 years of international experience in accounting, audit, taxation, financial reporting and strategic finance.
With Big Four audit foundations at KPMG, Usman has developed extensive expertise in financial reporting, FP&A, cash-flow forecasting, internal controls, audit readiness, tax compliance, ERP implementation and CFO-level advisory.
His career spans the GCC, South Asia and international markets, with experience supporting businesses across professional services, healthcare, manufacturing, education, technology and other growing sectors.
He has also led accounting, finance, corporate advisory and US-focused client engagements, supporting business owners with monthly reporting, budgeting, forecasting, transaction review, tax planning support and strategic financial decision-making.
At Global Ledger Partners, Usman leads a team of experienced finance professionals helping UK and US businesses maintain accurate books, strengthen financial controls, meet compliance obligations and gain clearer insight into their financial performance.
His vision is to provide growing businesses with reliable, high-quality accounting, tax and finance expertise without the cost and complexity of maintaining a full in-house finance department.
